Literary Journey of Australia

As a very special event this year the National Library of Australia is excited to announce our Literary Journey of Australia to be conducted by Bill Peach Journeys.

The host for the Journey is author Philip Jones, winner of the Prime Minister’s Literary Awards 2008 (Non-fiction) for his book Ochre and Rust: Artefacts and Encounters on Australian Frontiers.

The journey, which commences from Sydney on 19 August 2009 will transport you in comfort and style to remote and adventurous areas of Australia.

This journey promises to be a wonderful opportunity to see much of our great country, to learn more about these areas and their literary associations and to share a unique experience with a small group of fellow travellers.

If you would like to receive a brochure about the journey please contact Dianne Dahlitz, Development Office, National Library of Australia on 02 6262 1770 or ddahlitz@nla.gov.au or to book your seat please contact Bill Peach Journeys on 1800 252 053 or at www.billpeachjourneys.com.au
